Scenario

Scenario turns a training case into a story the whole room plays. The big screen shows a scene, a character and a situation — an angry customer, a suspicious email, a spill on the warehouse floor. Everyone votes on their phone; the room’s choice moves the meters, the character reacts, and the story branches. It ends on a good, okay or bad ending and a map of the path you took next to the best one.

How to set up a Scenario slide

  1. 1Add a Scenario slide from the Games tab and start from a template or a blank story.
  2. 2Write the steps, the choices, where each one leads and how it moves the meters.
  3. 3Present — the room votes at each step, you pause to discuss, and the recap shows the path you took.
