Countdown

A big timer for breaks, activities or transitions.

What is Countdown?

A Countdown slide shows a large timer counting down — perfect for breaks, timed activities, or building anticipation before a reveal.

Create a Countdown slide

    On Home, click + Create new presentation (or add a slide to an existing one).
  2. 2
    In Choose Slide Type, pick Countdown. You can also type it into Search slide types….
  3. 3
    The slide is created and the right panel opens on the Content tab.

Set up the content

    Add a Countdown slide.
  2. 2
    Set the duration in minutes and seconds.
  3. 3
    Present and start the timer; it counts down on the big screen.

Countdown settings

Duration
Set how long the countdown runs.

On the audience side

Participants see the same countdown on their screens, keeping everyone in sync.

View results

No responses are collected; the timer simply counts down to zero.
