# Create your first presentation

> From an empty Home screen to a live interactive slide in minutes.

## Step by step

1. Sign in at **app.engageslide.com** (a free account is enough to start).
2. On the **Home** screen, click + Create new presentation.
3. The **Choose Slide Type** picker opens. Pick a type — try **Poll** or **Select Answer** for your first slide.
4. Fill in your question and options in the **Content** tab on the right.
5. Click **Present** to go live, and share the join code with your audience.

> **Add more slides** — Use the + button in the slide list on the left to add slides. Mix interactive questions with content slides in any order.

## Good to know

- Everything auto-saves as you edit.
- You can reorder slides by dragging them in the left panel.
- Import an existing **PowerPoint** or **PDF** to convert your deck into EngageSlide.
