Make sure the presenter is live and you typed the code exactly. Codes only work during an active session.

### My responses aren’t showing up

Check your internet connection and refresh the page. Your last submitted answer is saved, so you won’t lose it.

### The QR code won’t scan

Point your camera steadily at the whole code, or just type the join code at join.engageslide.com instead.

### I got disconnected

Rejoin with the same code — your previous submission is remembered on your device.
